By creating an account or booking a ride with Pickmi, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Bookings and payments
Fare estimates are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and applicable taxes. Final fares may vary based on actual trip conditions such as tolls, waiting time, or route changes.
4. Rider conduct
Riders must behave respectfully, follow local laws, and not damage vehicles. Pickmi may suspend accounts that violate these standards.
5. Limitation of liability
Pickmi acts as a technology platform connecting riders and drivers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fare paid for the trip in question.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pickmi after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
